Wandile Thwala

Wandile is the founder and Chairman of HBC Group and holds a Bcom Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Pretoria. He is a seasoned execution and delivery professional with 12+ years progressive IT expertise within both private and public sector. He brings a unique set of experience and expertise having worked on several successful multimillion-rand IT Projects Implementations at different levels and clients within South Africa and the rest of the Southern African region. This includes amongst others stints Barloworld Equipment, ABSA, ESKOM, EXARRO, PBMR, MTN SA, Dimension Data, Standard Bank, Nedbank, FNB, SASSA, the DTI and many more.

Thato Malebye

Chief Executive Officer

Thato is the CEO of HBC Group and holds an Honours degree majoring in Informatics as well a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria. She has over 15 years experience working on a number of projects as a Programme / Project Manager, Business Analyst, Management Consultant in the areas of IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Integration, Systems integration and Development and Organisational Transformation projects. Thato has worked for numerous organisations including ESKOM, Standard Bank and DTI.
